• Minimum  RAM (memory) recommendations:
  Windows XP 512Mb (1GB best)
  Windows Vista/W7 2GB  the more the better
• Made a change & it has all gone wrong,?  Run Microsoft “System Restore” and go back to last date when PC was working OK.  (Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Restore)
• If you don’t know the answer Google for Help:
  e.g. “How do I ......?”  or “What does error code ....... Mean?” etc.
